It's the middle of the night. Or you're traveling in the middle of nowhere. Or you're in the middle of something way more important. In any case, it's not a good time to be visiting a credit union branch. This is when you want to power up and sign into your University Credit Union online account. You can check balances, pay bills and do just about everything you could do with a teller -- except maybe discuss the weather.

How to Enroll In Online Banking

To register for online and mobile banking, navigate to the top right corner of the screen. Click “login.”
From here, click the “New User” link. This will take you to our online banking registration form.
Complete the form. At the bottom of the form, you can choose to enroll in free Bill Pay.
Read and agree to the terms and conditions, then click “Complete Sign up.”
Once you have successfully completed your application, you will be sent to a sign up completed page. On that page, click the button that says, “confirm contact information”. You will be taken to a page where you will need to verify your login information.
You can choose to receive your verification passcode via phone call or email.
Once you receive your passcode, enter the code to register your device.
Once registered, you will be taken to the online banking home page of your account.

How to download the Mobile App

To download the mobile app, visit the Apple Store^®or Google Play™.
Select the app that contains the logo pictured here.
Once the app is downloaded, you will be able to log in with the username and password that you created when registering for online banking.
If you have not yet registered, you can do so here by clicking the "Sign Up" link and follow the online banking steps to complete the online banking registration form.

It's really quite simple to tap into your University Credit Union online account. All you need to know is your UCU account number and your online banking password. You can request a new password by calling 800.UCU.4510, Option 4.
