Access your University Credit Union accounts and withdraw money. And it includes selected locations where you shop, like 7-Eleven, Circle K, Costco, Publix, and Dunkin Donuts. All you need is a University Credit Union debit card and a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

 

Due to current health concerns and limited branch capacities, some credit unions may be suspending participation in shared branching until further notice.

 

 

It's easy to find an ATM. With practice, it will be automatic:

 

  • Free UCU ATMs: You can withdraw cash, make deposits, transfer funds between accounts or make account inquiries 24/7 at any of our UCU ATMs at no charge.
  • CO-OP surcharge-free ATMs: Avoid surcharge fees* and transactions fees when you use a CO-OP Network ATM to get cash, review balances, and transfer funds. Visit any of the nearly 30,000 CO-OP Network ATMs, including 5,500 at 7-Eleven store locations.
  • Safe and timely deposits: There are over 9,000 UCU and CO-OP ATMs that will also accept your UCU account deposits**. You’ll even receive a receipt of your deposit just like you would at a UCU branch.
  • Worldwide access: Use your UCU ATM/Debit Card to make cash withdrawals at over 100,000 ATMs bearing the Cirrus®, Star®, Instant Teller® or Interlink® logo. A surcharge may apply at some ATMs.
  • Use the map above by inputting your location and select the filter for Surcharge-Free ATM, tap "Go".
  • ​Download the iPhone® App. It's free, easy and there’s no registration process. Just search "CO-OP ATM" in the App Store.
  • Text your address, intersection or zip code to 692667 (MYCOOP) from any mobile phone.
  • Call (888) SITECOOP to access the voice ATM Locator.
  • Find a UCU-owned ATM or CO-OP Network ATM using our locator map.

 

Your membership and accounts remain at UCU, but you can access them anywhere, by visiting the affiliated Shared Branch location that's near your home, office or favorite vacation spot.

 

Through the Shared Branch Network, you can:

 

  • Make deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Transfer money
  • Receive loan advances
  • Purchase money orders and traveler’s checks (if available!)
  • Request balance inquiries and more!

 

Whenever you visit a CO-OP Shared Branch location, you must disclose the following information:

 

  • Credit Union Name: University Credit Union (CA)
  • Your UCU Member Number (no suffixes)
  • A current, VALID Government-issued Identification card
    ​

We'll never force you to speak to a robot. Our members have access to a Call Center Outlet with live agents to assist you with simple transactions. This option will be available when you call the general UCU phone number anytime after normal business hours.

Unfortunately, the Call Center cannot process stop payments or report a lost or stolen ATM/VISA debit Card. Contact UCU directly during our regular business hours, or visit the Contact Us page to report lost or stolen Visa debit cards.
