Outgoing Wires*
Whether you're sending money over state lines or overseas, UCU makes it easy to accomplish. Domestic and international wires can be completed by calling 800.UCU.4510, using UCU Live! Video Banking, or by coming into one of our branches.
Outgoing wires that are submitted after 12PM will be sent out the following business day.
Domestic Wires
For domestic wires, have the following information available before submitting your request to UCU:
- Name of receiving financial institution
- ABA or Routing & Transit number
- Financial Institution Address
- Name of bank or credit union forwarding to, if applicable (If not, proceed to beneficiary section)
- ABA or Routing & Transit number
- Financial Institution Address
- Name of Beneficiary
- Beneficiary Address
- Reference or Special Instructions (e.g. escrow number, if needed)
- Purpose of Wire (REQUIRED)
International Wires
For international wires, have the following information available before submitting your request to UCU:
- Name of Foreign Bank
- Bank ID number (Routing, SWIFT or BIC code):
- Foreign Bank Address
- Name of bank or credit union forwarding to, if applicable (If not, proceed to beneficiary section)
- Bank ID number (routing, SWIFT or BIC code)
- Financial Institution Address: Name of Beneficiary
- Name of Beneficiary
- Beneficiary Address
- Reference or Special Instructions (e.g. escrow number, if needed)
- Purpose of Wire (REQUIRED)
Additional Beneficiary Information if the country is one of the following in the European Union:
- Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg,
- Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
- IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
Make sure you give us plenty of lead time if you need the money delivered on a specific date.
