With UCU’s digital banking platform, we make it easy for you to add another user to your UCU account! Granting sub-user access to someone else allows you specify custom controls for anyone you choose, like a joint account holder, family members, or even an authorized third party, like your accountant.

When you grant sub-user access, you can customize permissions for the following features:

 

  • Viewing UCU and external accounts

To get started adding a sub-user to your account:

Simply log into digital banking and navigate to ‘Manage Users’ and then click ‘Add a New User’.
