It's a quick process to stop checks in their places
 

When you need to stop payment on one check or a series of checks, you can easily do so in our digital banking platform.

 

From the mobile app, click 'Menu' at the bottom of the screen, then 'More', and 'Stop Payment'. In online banking, click the three dots from the top menu then select 'Stop Payment.'  Fill out the form and submit your request. You'll know your stop payment has been implemented when you see the fee charged to your account.

 

 Alternatively, you can fill out this form to bring to an advisory center or mail it to us:
