Fraudsters may pose as UCU team members, attempting to obtain sensitive information from our member-owners. Please know that UCU will never call, text, or email you asking for your card number, PIN, or digital banking credentials.

Scammers may call to confirm transactions or ask you to provide a one-time passcode. If you receive a suspicious call from someone claiming to be from UCU, immediately hang up and call us at 800.UCU.4510 to verify.

In digital banking, enable alerts for any unusual activity such as unfamiliar log ins and balance changes. If you notice suspicious activity, report it to us immediately.
