Please read the following terms and conditions that indicate your election and your consent to receive

your periodic statements initially and on an ongoing basis electronically by providing your email

address.

Terms & Conditions

When accepting University Credit Union’s eStatement service, you are agreeing to receive your

University Credit Union statements, Membership and Accounts Agreement, Notice of Credit Union

Privacy Policy, Important Policy Choices for Consumers, and newsletter electronically. We may provide

you with further electronic disclosures in the future.

You are also agreeing to opt out of receiving a printed statement in the mail. An email notification that

your statements are available will be sent to the email address that you provide and maintain on the

eStatement service. Statements will generally be available by the second business day following the

end of the statement period and will be available for viewing for at least 12 months. You must promptly

review your statement upon receipt. See “In Case of Errors or Questions About Electronic Fund

Transfer” in your Membership and Accounts Agreement.

You agree to provide and maintain a valid, active email address while enrolled in eStatements. You

may update your email address by selecting the “My Settings” link in online banking or the mobile app.

You affirm that you can view online statements and that you either have a printer capable of printing

online statements or that you have the ability to save and later display such statements. You may

request a copy of your printed statement by calling (800) UCU-4510. You will be charged the statement

copy fee disclosed in the Schedule of Fees and Charges for each statement requested.

You may withdraw your consent to receive statements electronically and resume the printed version at

any time. We will cancel your eStatement service and begin sending paper statements to your last

known postal address at the next statement period. You may opt out of eStatements by calling a UCU

representative at (800) UCU-4510.

University Credit Union is not liable for any third-party incurred fees, other legal liability, or any other

issues of liabilities arising from statements or notifications sent to an invalid or inactive email address

that you have provided or other interruptions in Internet services.

In order to receive and view your statements online you must have an operating system that can

support current and immediate prior major releases of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Google

Chrome. When a new version is announced as Release to Web (RTW), support will cease on the third-oldest

major version. Please note that utilizing older browsers may result in disabled functionality or

limited access to services. The supported browsers are for use with the traditional online banking

interface and devices (desktop/laptop), and do not apply to use with mobile devices (phones/tablets). If

using a phone or tablet to access online banking outside of an app, functionality and appearance may

vary from the traditional interface. eStatements are available through online and mobile banking.

Adobe Acrobat Reader free from Adobe’s official website.

"After my car was totaled a week ago I was extremely surprised to find I could get a new car for almost the same price. Now I have a new car almost 1 week after losing my old car and I couldn't be happier!"
